In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on jilace, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful and not prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by jilace from time to time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jilace employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilace or any recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jilace reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active jilace account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilace will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

You agree to notify jilace support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilace will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with another person.

jilace reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

jilace supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. jilace reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts: typically under five minutes.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals: one to three business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Philippine public holidays may experience additional processing delays.
• jilace does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

jilace reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilace will notify the affected Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

jilace offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilace promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance become eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and specialty games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• jilace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on the jilace Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, Lucky Dice, and Crash Goal — use independently certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. The house edge for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on jilace, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by jilace staff or any external party.
• Past game results do not predict or influence future outcomes.
• The result displayed on your screen at the conclusion of a game round is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jilace reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

jilace reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation. In such cases, the affected Player will be notified and the matter resolved in accordance with Section 13.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilace Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilace staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking.

jilace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilace account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can fund your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a set number of hours of continuous play to help you stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your net session result — wins minus losses — so you always know where you stand.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jilace Platform. Exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

jilace will never market to a Player who has self-excluded or is under a cooling-off period. If you receive marketing communications during an exclusion period, please contact support immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.

jilace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation. By registering on jilace, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jilace is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

jilace does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All content on the jilace Platform — including but not limited to the jilace brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilace or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jilace.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the jilace brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of jilace intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through our support channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilace's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilace shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond jilace's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilace's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jilace will notify the affected Player by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or comply with a regulatory directive.

You may close your jilace account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure.

jilace is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your jilace experience, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the jilace support team with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant game round IDs or transaction references. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: jilace will conduct a thorough internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within five (5) business days. Complex cases involving game logs or payment investigations may require up to ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior member of the jilace compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within ten (10) business days.

All disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game activity on the Platform. The server-side record takes precedence over any client-side display in the event of a discrepancy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business practices.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jilace will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jilace Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms and Conditions currently in force is always the version published on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
